Vibrational Healing

Do you sometimes feel a bit disconnected from your everyday life?

Yet. Somehow at the same time feel weighed down by and connected to an inexplicable energy of confusion and sorrow?

If you answered yes, we have two things in common.

For me, these feelings come in waves.

On first type, I meant waves in the sense that most people associate “waves of emotion”.

On the readback, it fits directly into our point that everything is energy.

Energy travels via waves. We are all constantly emitting and receiving waves.

So how do we control which waves we receive and emit?

Technically, we can’t.

But we can control the frequency.

Negative thoughts or emotions can find us at some of the weirdest and most unexpected times (like in the middle of a market trading day).

We can slow those waves down to a much lower frequency, in part, by physically slowing down the vibration of our frequency to levels that allow us to be our best selves.

This can be achieved thru a combination of various activities, ie breathing, crystal meditation, massage, exercise, and diet to name a few.

But since we are talking about energy in terms of waves and frequencies, we should probably keep going with the whole theme of sound.

I feel like I’m tapping into the power of the universe when I simply listen to this 432Hz and 528Hz frequency during meditation.

We believe combining these two energetic frequencies results in an even more powerful effect, allowing us to unlock our inner healing potential and discover a whole new level of well-being via meditation.

Before we get deeper into the benefits of both, let’s explore each for it’s unique and potentially life-changing properties.

432Hz:  Build a natural and universal connection

432 Hz is sometimes called the “natural” frequency.

Said to be in tune with the natural vibrations of the universe, it is believed to have healing properties.

According to some proponents, listening to music or meditating at 432 Hz can promote feelings of peace and well-being, and may even help to heal the body.

432 Hz is like the bridge that allows us to reconnect to nature, the universe, and our inner selves.

528Hz: Recover from trapped trauma

528 Hz is often referred to as the “miracle” frequency as some believe it helps harnesses the ability to repair DNA.

Dr. Billy Carson, a renowned neuroscientist, speaks a lot about epigenetics.

The Center for Disease Control (CDC) defines epigenetics as the study of how your behaviors and environment can cause changes that affect the way your genes work.

Interestingly enough, the science supports that our environment has a large influence on our health, even at a cellular level.

Maybe even more importantly, it also suggests that not only our own past traumatic experiences, but things that our parents went thru, are literally encoded into our DNA.

Now, think back to the questions we answered to begin this article.

Whether you believe it is your fault or not, you have the power to literally reprogram the machine and right the ship.

Meditating while listening to 432Hz and 528Hz frequencies may be a great start to rewriting negative epigenetic coding and recovering from past trauma; both earned and inherited.

Use it to establish a connection with the universe first thing in the morning, to reset during the day, repair during sleep, and/or as ambience for positive affirmation sessions.

Frequency listening and meditation are not intended to serve as a substitute for medical advice, diagnosis, treatment by a trained and licensed physician. This is true for both potential physical and psychological concerns.

The practices are best used in conjunction with, not in lieu of, the aforementioned professional services.
